Welcome to an adventurous day filled with learning, exploration, and reconnecting with nature! Our Rewild Family Survival Skills Day is designed to bring families closer together while teaching valuable skills that allow you to thrive in the great outdoors
What we do during the workshop.
Throughout the day we'll discover what it takes to survive in the wild.
Together we'll learn how to source and purify water, we'll build a shelter from natural materials, create fire without a lighter, forage for wild food, learn how to make string from plant fibres and traditional methods of catching food. We also cover managing risk in the Outdoors including snake bite treatment and what to if you become lost.

The most important thing about the Rewild Family survival skills day is we'll get to spend some quality time with our loved ones in a beautiful natural environment.
Suitable for everyone from your toddler to your grandma, so bring the the who family :)
Our workshops for Families and Kids are child/interest led so the content may vary.

Family of 2 (1 adult + 1 child) $130.00 + booking fee
Family of 3 (1 adult + 2 children or 2 adults + 1 child) $190.00 + booking fee
Family of 4 (1 adult and 3+ children or 2 adults and 2+ children) $220 + booking fee
Family of 5+ (5+ members from the same family) $240 + booking fee

Our Instructors
Scott
Somewhat obsessed with all things adventure and the outdoors. Enthusiastic peak bagger, adventure racer, mountain biker and trail runner, a self diagnosed gear freak with a nack of being prepared for all eventualities.
19 years experience as a professional outdoor educator, survival instructor, white water guide + more. Former program coordinator and senior instructor for Outward Bound Australia.
Passionate hiker including 350+kms solo through the Himalaya.
Proud father of a my 4 kids with a deep love of the natural world.
Qualified in Outdoor Recreation and Wilderness first aid.
We have Working with children and National police checks and are covered by public liability insurance.
